Description: Story is determined by cup-fulls of character and plot. A story’s universe is determined by dollops of world-building. Multicultural stories, however, require spice and recipes that are far more complex and sweetened with the depth of character, plot, and universe. Join Anju Gattani as she breaks ground with story worlds like Avatar, The Martian, The Kite Runner, and her Winds of Fire series. Anju will dissect the components of great world-building, flesh out secret ingredients that contribute to a roller-coaster terrain, and weave details that will leave your readers trapped in the world of your story.
