Bios:

Bradeigh Godfrey is a physician, mom of four, and a writer. Her medical career is focused on caring for veterans with visible and invisible disabilities. Her short fiction and narrative nonfiction has appeared in a variety of journals, both print and online. She’s also an avid reader and book reviewer and can be found on Instagram (@bradeighgodfrey) talking about her latest reads. Bradeigh is represented by Amy Berkower at Writers House and she is currently working on a suspense novel exploring the neuroscience of memory after trauma.

An emergency medicine doctor-turned-novelist, Kimmery Martin was raised in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and now resides in Charlotte, N.C. with her husband and three children. A lifelong literary nerd, she reviews books and interviews authors on her website, kimmerymartin.com. She also writes for a variety of websites, teaches fiction writing courses around the country, and speaks on the process of successfully integrating more than one career. Martin’s debut novel The Queen of Hearts was named as one of the Best Books of 2018 by Real Simple and Travel+Leisure and has been praised by multiple media outlets including Southern Living, Publishers Weekly, The Charlotte Observer, The Harvard Crimson, and The New York Times. Her next medically-themed novel, The Antidote for Everything, will release from Penguin Random House in February 2020.
