Description:
Join us for an interactive conversation on understanding how implicit biases negatively impact our ability to be truly diverse and inclusive, and the positive role of allyship in helping us see each other in meaningful ways in our personal and professional lives. You'll leave with tools and frameworks to bring an inclusive lens to your writing and a deeper empathy for different identities. Discover how to be an ally of diverse voices as a member of WFWA, the writing community, and the publishing industry.
