Description: The Four Tendencies framework, developed by the best-selling habit writer Gretchen Rubin, looks at the way people meet—or fail to meet—expectations. The typology, outlined in her book The Four Tendencies, divides people into four types based on how they respond to internal and external expectations or goals. Understanding this part of their personality can help writers find the right strategies to meet their writing goals, and avoid the wrong ones. Strategies that help Obligers, for example, can be counter-productive for Questioners and Rebels. This webinar will focus on how the strategies Gretchen suggests for meeting work, health, relationship, and other life goals can be applied specifically to writing goals.
